Based on the scores from several countries and championships (with X-es available) a table is created to adjust the 2007 scores within certain ranges to get the scores based on X=6.
By no means this is perfect.
This only provides an indication of the scores based on the average number of X-es with a certain range of scoring (mostly 20 points) to be able to compare the 2007 results with the 2008 results with X=6.
